Universal Studios Hollywood’s retail department wanted to encourage its employees to meet guest service goals so I created the illustrations of a tarot card-inspired contest.

Each character used is inspired by well-known TV and film monsters and employees would be awarded a card for a goal they fulfilled. Those who achieved all cards would receive a Halloween Horror Nights goodie bag.
